Easy Cooking: Pour the chickpeas into cold water and soak for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight. Then cook in fresh water with a pinch of salt for about 1-1.5 hours until soft. The chickpeas will then be ready to be used in a variety of recipes.
Optimal Storage: Store the chickpeas in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once the bag has been opened, transfer the chickpeas to an airtight container to preserve freshness. Consume before the expiry date indicated on the package to ensure maximum quality.
